First blog's are always tough, even for experienced writers. I know this because I used to be one. Not a blogger, per say. I was an editor for many bloggers (as well as seven print magazines) for about 10 years before I flipped the switch and joined the Florida mortgage industry. Why, you might ask? The answer to that is for another blog, but for now, I'll just say it all boils down to one word: Family.
My husband and I are blessed to have five beautiful children (four girls and one boy). And, yes, he's a lucky boy -- nothing poor about him, lol! When two of our children were diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, a lifelong auto-immune disease, I found it necessary to make a career switch, where I could work from essentially anywhere (but mostly from home) and do the mom-hustle while maintaining a full-time gig. I'm sure you can relate to that! Fast forward five years later, and I still love what I do.
I get the best of both worlds -- the mom juggle and the mortgage world collide in a beautiful confetti explosion every day. I am blessed to be able to help clients from all walks of life . . . from "day one" to present, I have helped:
First-time homebuyers with down payment assistance or low-down payment home loan solutions;
Experienced investors looking to buy another rental property in Florida;
Couples looking to buy a second home in Florida or forever home,
Families of all shapes and sizes needing a cash-out refinance for their growing households;
Or, families looking to sell their current home and get qualified for a larger, more spacious one;
Clients looking to relocate to our beautiful Sunshine State;
And much more.
Whether you fall into one these types of needs or not, it would be my pleasure to help you. Please feel free to explore my testimonials page to learn more about what other clients and their realtors have to say about their experience working with me.
And, please make sure to follow along on my blog. Getting started is always tough, but it's like riding a bike -- once you know how, you never forget. And, like that old Celine Dion love tune, "It's all coming back to me" . . .
This is a space where the stories and Florida mortgage news will always be relevant, informative (sprinkled with a little of my cheesy humor), and written in a personal way (aka, I like "keepin' it real").
