I'm NOT a loan officer you'll find at a desk in a bank, where you can only reach me from 9am to 4:59pm (except for lunch). I'm also NOT a representative who sticks to a script when you call a toll free number (I can barely stick to my own scripts, much less someone else's, lol!); and I'm also NOT someone who can't answer any question that strays from that script. I'm a person who takes pride in what I do, and I make it my business to learn all the ins and outs of the everchanging Florida mortgage industry so I can be an expert resource for you, my clients and realtor partners, offering insight, transparency throughout the loan process, and unparalleled customer service.
I'm with you every step of the way, from initial consult to closing on your new home. I take a dedicated, methodical approach to your needs, and if it's not a good Florida home loan solution for you, then you won't hear me recommend it.
I don't profess to have all the answers. (In the labyrinth that is mortgage rules, government regulations, and lender overlays, it would be foolish for anyone to claim that they do!) But, I do have the resources and track-record of finding the answers when I don't readily know them, and that's what makes my mortgage consultative approach different from any other mortgage loan officer you will ever meet.
